The Kitty Hawk Kites Kiteboarding Resort in Rodanthe, NC will once again play host to a PASA kiteboarding ICP (Instructor Certification Program) from May 30th – June 2nd, 2024. This course is five days long (Monday – Friday), and will allow you to become either a PASA certified kiteboarder or kiteboarding instructor.
